Volunteers are integral to the fabric of cricket in Western Australia. Without the dedication, commitment and passion of the thousands of volunteers who give up their time each year, community cricket would not exist.

To recognise and celebrate the efforts of volunteers, we ask the community to Thank a Cricket Volunteer. The volunteers and helpers you nominate go in the running to become a WA Cricket Volunteer of the Month (awarded September-March) or to be nominated for a Community Cricket Award (submissions received before 6 January 2025 will be considered).

WA Community Cricket Award finalists will be invited to attend the WA Community Cricket Awards presentation on an evening during March.

The achievements of clubs and associations are also celebrated as part of the WA Community Cricket Awards. This year, the top clubs and associations in the State will be invited to nominate. Find out what a top club looks like.
